We have a 14-day return policy that starts after the day your parcel is delivered at your address for all the products in the same order.
Please do not send your item(s) to the sender's address listed on your package. Returns will not be accepted without submitting the request first.

Please note that the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, unless the original products are damaged or wrong. We issue one-time free return label to a limited number of countries per order and only once.

RETURN FEE:
The return fees are set by our shipping partners, and will vary depending on your location. We also charge a 15% of restocking fees at the time of refund.
FREE RETURNS:
We offer FREE return shipping fees for the following countries for the first time. It means that it is covered by us for the same order.
Note: Please kindly note that you are able to benefit free return shipping fee only once for an order.
HOW TO RECEIVE REFUND?
Once your returned items are received at our warehouse, please allow 5 – 7 business days so that our team starts inspecting the items and processing your return.
If the items of an order are accepted by our team and meet the reimbursement conditions, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It usually takes another extra 3 – 5 business days for the bank to process the refund.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable for returns. That is pretty a standard unless it's our fault to submit you damaged or wrong items which is so unlikely in most cases.
LOST ITEMS & DELAYS
Although late delivery is very unlikely, we offer $5.00 coupon for all orders that arrive late according to table below.
We refund all your money If an order is not delivered in 35 working days.
DAMAGED & INCORRECT ORDER:
If you received a damaged or a wrong item, please contact our customer support team at and start return process immediately with your order number and images of the damaged or wrong items along with the clear tag and label images. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including the original shipping cost.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
